My company just came out with a Hank Williams box set (The Unreleased Recordings) but I couldn't find a vendor to create a low cost app where we could debut tracks behind a Hank game.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463447418837327675.post-87244123793910697872008-12-04T14:42:00.000-08:002008-12-04T14:42:00.000-08:00Very good and thorough post, keep it up, I'll be c...Very good and thorough post, keep it up, I'll be checking back often!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463447418837327675.post-33459196763554367832008-12-04T12:29:00.000-08:002008-12-04T12:29:00.000-08:00"It's funny, 18 months ago I wrote passionately ab..."It's funny, 18 months ago I wrote passionately about artists creating communities for themselves (via artist websites primarily) rather than letting others do it for them."

Couldn't agree with you more and with services like Ning and others readily available, there's no real reason not to do this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463447418837327675.post-20207917165178033912008-12-01T09:49:00.000-08:002008-12-01T09:49:00.000-08:00Thanks Jim for that comment. But i'll give it another try on the basis of your comment. I tried The Filter - it was okay but a bit obvious. I was also recently impressed by an iMeem stream that I kicked off with Jun Miyake - which not many other search engines or recommendation tools have coped well with so far!Keith Joplinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06998159721857577032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463447418837327675.post-34224076912834137552008-12-01T06:11:00.000-08:002008-12-01T06:11:00.000-08:00Great post, just wanted to note that I do feel Pan...Great post, just wanted to note that I do feel Pandora's music recommendation is strickingly accurate. It is rare that they pick something that I do not like, and I am a fairly picky music person. It is unfortunate that their business model seems inadequate. Hopefully they may mix their music recommendation with several social characteristics? LaLa seemed to have good potential on that, but they don't seem to be marketing at all yet. And then there is iTunes Genius Bar, which is disappointing on every level. I am not impressed by a service that recommends my own music to me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
